About The Summit

A neuroscience-informed, retreat style learning experience for educators and community leaders.

What is the Rewired Together Summit

Rewired Together is a two-day, in-person professional learning summit focused on relational intelligence in education.

This summit brings together grades 6-12 and university educators, along with school leaders and community partners, to explore how learning environments are shaped, and how they can be intentionally redesigned to support clarity, stability, and sustainable growth.

This experience is grounded in neuroscience, relational dynamics, and applied leadership practice. It is designed for professionals who want more than surface-level strategies and are ready to understand the underlying conditions that drive learning, behavior, and culture.

The summit experience is built around three core design principles:

Research Based

Learning design is grounded in how the brain processes information, regulates emotion, and forms patterns of behavior. Rather than referencing research in isolation, the summit translates evidence-based principles into shared language educators can understand, discuss, and apply within real learning environments.

Appropriately Challenged

The experience invites educators and leaders to engage with complex ideas, examine assumptions, and examine how their environments function, all while maintaining psychological safety and clarity. Content is sequenced intentionally, allowing time for processing, dialogue, and integration rather than rapid consumption.

Grounded in Practice

Discussions are anchored in classrooms, departments, institutions, and community contexts, not abstract theory. Participants are encouraged to connect learning to their own roles and environments, ensuring insights translate into practical shifts in communication, leadership, and decision-making back home.
